Notice under Clause 30 of the Listing agreement

Shri Kulwant Singh, who was appointed as the Nominee Director of the Company by IDBI w.e.f. 30.04.2001, has withdrawn the nomination of Shri Kulwant Singh from the Company’s Board w.e.f. 11.02.2009.
