Notice is hereby given that, the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 30th September 2011 at 11.00 A.M., at Sharma Farms, Green Meadows, Village Satbari, Mehrauli, New Delhi –110030 and the notice of the said 21st AGM setout the business to be transacted therein  has been dispatched to all the members of the Company at their registered address. Notice is also hereby given pursuant to Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956 that, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain close from 26th September 2011 to 30th September 2011 (both days inclusive).
